We are two experienced Educational Psychologists delivering accredited, hybrid ELSA training and ongoing support to schools internationally. Our approach combines evidence-based psychology, practical tools, and reflective supervision to help schools build sustainable emotional literacy provision. We work closely with school staff to ensure ELSA practice is ethical, effective, and responsive to the needs of children and young people. Through flexible online and in-person delivery, we support schools to create emotionally supportive learning environments worldwide.

Dr Teresa Wheeler
Co-founder and Educational Psychologist
Teresa is an Educational Psychologist and Narrative Therapist with a background in SEN teaching. Trained at the Tavistock and the Dulwich Centre, she is passionate about child-centred, relational and systemic ways of working including VIG (Video Interaction Guidance). Teresa loves collaborating with children, families and schools to create thoughtful, sustainable support that really makes a difference.

Dr Martina Glynn
Co-founder and Educational Psychologist
Martina is an Educational Psychologist with eight years’ experience in the role, and a background as an Assistant Psychologist, working across the UK and internationally. Also trained at the Tavistock, she brings particular expertise in autism assessment and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Martina is deeply committed to putting children first and empowering schools through inclusive, psychologically informed approaches.
